The minimum daily commitment for practices we'll teach you to do independently is 15 minutes per day.
You leave with practices you can continue, mastery of your life force, confidence you can direct it to what matters, and a lived experience of what it means to follow through. Many people choose to continuing working with us, either through our group curriculum or our one-on-one work.
